I use Workera AI for upskilling and evaluating knowledge gaps. It helps identify areas where I can improve my skills, and I appreciate how it provides curated learning to aid in skill enhancement and gap closure. This feature saves me time from having to search for learning materials on my own in an unstructured way. Additionally, I find Workera's content more current than our internal training platform.
