"Easy to Navigate and Packed with HR Tools Beyond Payroll"

What do you like best about Workday Workforce Management?

It's very easy to navigate. Most people around me knew Workday for payroll but the platform does soooo much more. Training modules, webinars, tasks you'd normally contact HR for (updating contact info, names, tax related info, etc), you can view and verify your work benefits, etc. The site runs smoothly and can easily integrate with other platforms your organization uses. Onboarding was super simple and quick. AI help is also available for any troubleshooting for general assistance you may have. Each time I click around I learn more about the platform and what I can do with Workday instead of shooting an email or calling around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?

I haven't encountered any issues with the platform yet and I've been using it for 11 months so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling, payroll, pay stubs, benefits, contacts within the organization relevant to any HR inquiries, training both at your pace modules backed by AI and live webinars on basics and advanced topics (regarding technology tied to workforce and common tasks). It's insane how much my organization has addressed with Workforce. I've been to webinars/trainings I was certain had to be on Zoom or Teams and it was straight through Workday. Years ago at a different organization it was strictly payroll and tax exemption tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
