Workday has a lot of functionalities and features addressing the requirements of the enterprise. It eliminated the need for different tools to manage different requirements like Talent management, Payroll management, Hiring, Employee benefits, and so on. The tool has a great Graphical User Interface. Easy to manage. Comes as a SAAS platform, which eliminates constant upgrade or maintenance hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is very costly for one. The tool doesn't allow any customizations but at least it should allow personalization to tune the tool to company requirements. Navigation could be better.
