What do you like best about Workday HCM?

The tool is very easy navigate and automates even the most trivial functions like applying for leaves , approvals, keeping track of holidays, general employee information and more all in one place making it very easy to keep track such details.

I personally also like the organisation chart available in workday making it easy to understand the organisation structure especially for a new joinee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday HCM?

Occasionally I've had to login multiple times as my account wouldn't remain logged in but it is a minor hassle considering all things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Workday HCM:

It is important to ensure that the end user will be able to navigate the platform effectively. Unless they are trained on how to use Workday effectively it won't be as effective in saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workday HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is very effective in saving time for everyone involved right from the lower level employees to upper level management. Moreover I love how everything is available in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
