"It Has Difficulty Directing Pretty Often"

What do you like best about Workday HCM?

All my benefits and explanation of my position with Bright Horizons has been easy to access for the most part, even from multiple devices. The interface design has been easy to recieve directions when asked to navigate from my higher ups at work, even when they are given over the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday HCM?

There has been some issues loading occasionally when I was working regularly at work with it. Also these days due to the Pandemic, there seems to be issues logging in. But this may be due to a large number of other Users logging in causing freezing or lagging. If this would be remedied, it would be much better to get through! Recommendations to others considering Workday HCM:

What problems is Workday HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to adjust and to look over my Benefits has been great! I can leave information or notes digitally that I may want to keep for myself regarding my experience and timeframe with my company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
