It is difficult to include custom business practices. There are many countries with specific rules that needs to be followed. There are no solutions within any ERP. There are other suites that offer the advantage of creating custom business practices, while workday only allows this partially creation. The suite does not have the complete suite of ERP products such as recruitment, career and succession planning, payroll for many countries. This is delivered via integration with a variety of third party products. The suite has a focus on US and Europe markets so if being used in other regions it might be worth the wait for other country specific features when they are available.
