What do you like best about Workday HCM?

I appreciate how Workday HCM brings together HR, payroll, and talent management within a single platform. Its intuitive interface and real-time analytics have made it much simpler to manage employee data and monitor performance. What do you dislike about Workday HCM?

Workday HCM can be challenging to configure, particularly when it comes to setting up custom workflows. Creating some reports can also be time-consuming, and a few features are not as intuitive as I would like, which may make it harder for new users to get started quickly. What problems is Workday HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday HCM enables us to bring together all our HR, payroll, and talent management activities within a single platform. This has addressed challenges such as manual data entry, scattered employee information, and the absence of real-time insights.
