What do you like best about WorkBright?

I love that WorkBright is up to the minute with any I-9 legislative changes and if I need clarification on a change, all I have to do is make an appointment to speak to one of their Support Reps and there is no down time. I also love that our employees, actually our new hire candidates, understand their part when they log into WorkBright initially to complete their I-9. Their customer support is outstanding. What do you dislike about WorkBright?

What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employees are all over Florida and in over 15 states, with many being remote. The ID verification is difficult for many new hires since they work from home and are not close to an "Authorized User", i.e. an employee belonging to our same company. WorkBright's ID verification process is simple, vetted through geo-mapping the reviewer and is simple to use as long as both parties read the instructions and don't rush through it.
