Workbooks' automation and workflow rules are impressive for a mid-market CRM, allowing us to automate lead assignments, follow-up tasks, stage updates, and customer notifications without complex setup. I think the main issue is that the user interface can feel a bit dated and less intuitive compared to modern CRMs. New reps sometimes take longer to get comfortable with navigation, and some menus feel nested deeper than they need to be. A more modern, streamlined UI would make adoption even easier. Another issue is that navigation feels overly nested and inconsistent. A lot of common actions—like editing a field, creating a task, or switching between a contact and its related account—require too many clicks.
