What do you like best about Workamajig?

One Stop Shop for all our agency needs. We switched to Workamajig 4 years ago. The platform combines everything to make our agency successful, project mangement, accounting, CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workamajig?

There really isn't much we dislike. The support team is extremely helpful when there are any issues. The development team is always finding ways to make the platform better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workamajig solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the things that we are better able to do since implementing Workamajig is tracking the profitability of project and clients. Our old systems didn't allow us to get that deep into things so we knew where we were and were not making a profit. Since Workamajig is also our Accounting platform, all costs are automatically assigned to clients and/or projects when they are booked and posted into the system.
