What do you like best about Workable?

What I like best about Workable is its user-friendly interface and the way it simplifies the recruitment process. It makes it easier to manage candidates, review applications, track recruitment progress, and keep everything organised in one place. What do you dislike about Workable?

Although Workable is generally easy to use, some features could be more flexible and customisable. Navigating between different candidate profiles and recruitment stages could sometimes be more streamlined. Additionally, having more advanced reporting and filtering options would make the platform even more useful for recruiters managing multiple vacancies and large candidate databases. What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my recruitment work with Cross Border Talents, I deal with international candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment for different clients and projects. Workable helps simplify the recruitment process by centralising candidate information, organising applications, and making it easier to track candidates throughout different recruitment stages. It helps reduce manual administrative work, improve organisation, and maintain better visibility of the recruitment pipeline. This allows me to manage multiple candidates more efficiently, follow up on applications, and focus more time on identifying qualified talent and matching candidates with the right opportunities.
