What do you like best about Workable?

One feature I've particularly appreciated is the AI-powered candidate matching and resume screening, which helps identify relevant profiles more efficiently. I also like the customizable hiring pipelines and interview scorecards, which make collaboration with hiring managers more structured and transparent. What do you dislike about Workable?

Overall, Workable has been a great ATS, but a few enhancements would make it even more efficient. Better duplicate candidate detection across jobs would help reduce manual effort. It would also be useful to have more advanced search and filtering options within the talent pool (e.g., by skills, notice period, or custom tags). Workable has streamlined our entire recruitment process by centralizing candidate management in one platform, from job posting to final offer. It solves the challenge of manually tracking applications by automatically publishing openings across multiple job boards and sourcing channels. The system’s structured recruitment funnel, real-time reporting, and collaboration tools make it easy for hiring managers and HR to stay aligned, reducing time-to-hire.
