We have been using W4A as our CRM and ERP for over 10 years now and are especially impressed by the support and flexibility. Since we implemented W4A, our company has almost doubled in revenue, staff, and thus workload, which naturally increased the demands on our CRM. With each passing year, we have been happier with our decision, as we have noticed that the software was able to perfectly scale with this growth or even enabled it in some cases. The tool can essentially cover every important use case and comes with extremely fast support. As a result, our entire company now runs on W4A, and we are much closer to our customers. Personally, I also particularly like the openness and the possible interfaces to other providers like Tableau, which allows for even more customized dashboarding. In recent years, it has been noticed that the desktop version reaches its limits here and there. However, the normal business operations were not disrupted by this. Since the team at W4A is always very customer-oriented and has always listened patiently to our feedback, these small issues are now being addressed.
