What do you like best about Work Wallet?

Work Wallet has saved me so much time. Instead of printing endless paperwork for the installer, I can upload all the site information in one place, along with drawings and maps. If I need to add more details, even while they’re on site, I can upload the document and they receive it instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Work Wallet?

I’ve worked with Work Wallet for a couple of years, and I can’t say there’s anything I dislike. If you’re trying to learn a new task, the support team is really helpful, and if you need more training, they’re always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Work Wallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s really cut down on my paperwork, because I can load each job for the week, assign it to an installer, and have everything in one place: forms, drawings, sign-off sheets, and RAMS. Producing RAMS is much quicker now, and I’ve learned to incorporate maps and drawings into them as well, which makes them look so much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
