What do you like best about Work Wallet?

Work Wallet allows our teams to have full visibility across our extensive portfolio of projects. We can monitor and manage Health & Safety using the simple to use interface on both mobile devices and the web-based view. Support is extremely responsive and allows us to have users self-manage any issues they encounter, receiving the same level of professional support they would expect from a Tier 1 company such as ourselves. What do you dislike about Work Wallet?

It's hard to find any significant 'dislikes' for Work Wallet. If I was to be picky it is not always easy to identify what has changed during version updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Work Wallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, one of the largest challenges we faced was managing a high number of on-site assets, which all require Daily Inspections by the users of the equipment. Previously, you had to be a Work Wallet registered user, but with the latest update, this now allows for anyone to register through the Contractor Gateway and undertake the asset daily pre-use inspection. We currently have almost 300 Mast Climber Working Platforms operational across 2 large sites. Our Lifting Equipment team can quickly and easily identify where inspections have or haven't been carried out and those where defects have been reported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
