"User-Friendly, Data-Driven Health & Safety Management with Work Wallet"

What do you like best about Work Wallet?

What I like most about Work Wallet is that it is a comprehensive Health & Safety application with a wide range of useful features, while still being very user-friendly and intuitive.

It provides a central platform to manage many of our Health & Safety requirements, including compliance activities, risk assessments, training, audits, inspections and actions. The easy access to KPIs also gives us good visibility of our H&S performance and helps us monitor progress across different areas of the business.

The Power BI functionality is another valuable feature, as it allows us to turn the data collected through the platform into meaningful reports and dashboards for management. The introduction of AI capabilities is also a great added advantage and has the potential to further improve data analysis, reporting and decision-making at a higher level.

What do you dislike about Work Wallet?

There are not many things I dislike about Work Wallet. Overall, my experience with the platform has been very positive.

Occasionally, the system can be a little slow, particularly when working with larger amounts of information. However, this has not been a major issue, as the Work Wallet support team is very responsive and efficient in resolving any technical issues when they arise.

There are also some areas within the Environmental Management System that could be further developed, particularly around COSHH assessments and related environmental management features. However, these improvements are already in the development pipeline, and we have been advised that they will be addressed in future updates.

Overall, I see these as areas for continuous improvement rather than significant limitations of the platform. The responsiveness of the Work Wallet team gives me confidence that user feedback is taken seriously and improvements are continually being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Work Wallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since its introduction in 2023, Work Wallet has helped us move towards a more efficient and consistent approach to Health & Safety compliance, while significantly reducing our reliance on paper-based processes.

One of the key benefits is that many of our Health & Safety activities can now be managed and monitored digitally in one place. This makes it easier to demonstrate compliance, maintain records and have quick access to information when required.

The RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) process has also improved significantly, particularly through the communication and collaboration features. It allows relevant teams to review, communicate and manage RAMS more effectively.

Asset inspections and H&S audits are another area where the platform has made a real difference. Inspections and audits can be planned, completed, recorded and followed up in a structured way, giving us better visibility of outstanding actions and overall compliance.

The Contractor Management functionality is also a great feature. It helps us manage contractor information and H&S requirements more effectively and provides better oversight of contractor compliance.

Overall, Work Wallet has helped us reduce paperwork, improve visibility and accountability, and create a more streamlined and accessible Health & Safety management process across the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
