What do you like best about Work 365?

Built into Dynamics CRM allows for an integrated flow between Sales and Billing.

Includes features for Subscription Management, Contract Management, payments.

Creates data visibility for the whole organization.

What do you dislike about Work 365?

Not much to dislike.

Invoice data is generated in CRM and then can be pushed into Quickbooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Work 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing for recurring revenue is challenging! We were losing money through inaccurate billing. With Work 365 we have been able to reduce the effort, get accurate invoices to our customers on time. We can automate the generation of invoices.

We are managing Contract Renewals for our recurring revenue and setting up automatic payments for Monthly customers.

The main benefit we have received is an increase in our renewals and a reduction in billing and invoicing errors. Work 365 paid for itself very quickly by uncovering billing errors within the first few months of usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
