What do you like best about WordPress Support 24*7?

Love the ease of use. You can run a business and just leave this support piece to the pros. It was an easy transition moving over to this support. Also cheaper than hiring someone to take care of this as well. Tons of features and issues I never thought of that they take care of. Ease of mind and time is money so this is a life saver.
