What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I love how easy it is to build posts using Wordpress. You pick a layout for your site and everything just fills in. Very low lift if you don't want to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I don't like how complex Wordpress can get the second you want to use the more robust features of the site. It gets so complicated and so fast for doing "simple" customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used wordpress for my blog and for that - it's perfect. I have the layout set in a really basic way and I just build my posts and publish. Nothing more. It's great for that use case! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
