"Just an okay website builder software, not the best."

What do you like best about WordPress.com?

The price was the cheapest out of the software options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

It was unreliable. Out website crashed upon launch and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with a person to help us fix the issue. The lack of customization features was an issue as well, unless you are willing to pay extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WordPress.com:
