What do you like best about WordPress.com?

Integration with other platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) is easy to accomplish without any development work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

The site is extremely glitchy. I can never successfully accomplish what I'm trying to do on the first try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to host our blog site at very minimal costs which allows new customers to more easily discover our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
