What do you like best about Wordnerds?

Word Nerds has significantly enhanced our analysis of employee questions, comments, and feedback for our annual fiscal year kickoff event. What used to be a manual exercise of categorizing and sorting responses into themes has been streamlined into a few simple clicks. The integrated sentiment analysis has eliminated manual reviewer bias, and the ability to add context (and exclusions) helps differentiate key words used to express different concepts and themes. What do you dislike about Wordnerds?

The downloadable data exports could use some tuning as they take some effort to clean up and use efficiently. Contextual themes rely on a minimum data threshold, which may not be feasible for smaller projects based on volume. Additionally, there is no generative AI summary, which I'd hope to see in the product roadmap to augment the quantifiable results the platform is best known for.
