Too many tools and features is available that make navigation to find the correct tools is hectic, need to click each tool to know their function and it takes time to find the correct one. This is the most helpful software for a PDF that will make everyones job easy. As a doctor, i get benefited with this software so much that i can't explain in words. It has a wide variety of tools that allow users to make changes to their PDF as per they desires. Every features are very easy and simple to use. I mostly use Wondershare PDFelement to tidy up and reformat reports or invoices that I receive in a messy scanned format. And the best part about PDFelement is how quickly I can correct alignment problems, swap out outdated logos and modify tables directly in the PDF without having to recreate an entire file in the word application. I also find the form editing and digital signature features useful and quite handy in my opinion when I’m combing contracts, everything is tidy and in one window. Occasionally the formatting changes a little when edited files are exported especially if the original file was heavy on custom fonts or design elements. I have also found that opening lots of big files at once slows down it a bit, which by the way really interrupts the flow when I’m multitasking. And although it does offer cloud integration, the syncing between devices is a little clunky and I often find myself saving files manually because I’m not convinced they’re updating properly.
