What I really like is the editing tools. I use those every week. Old scanned documents -- the OCR will pick-up the text, and then I can edit the document as if it was a regular file (no print sign scan, etc.). I also love the ability to generate an electronic signature request with the time stamped certificate. Lastly, PDFelement hasn’t crashed on me in months – which is a big deal for me with pdf software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally I’ll upload something that has checkboxes in it, and the tool will fill in all of the boxes – which is odd & annoying to correct. Also creating fillable forms from scratch can take some getting used to – it took me a couple tries to figure out where the field tools were located. Additionally, I wish there would be clearer pricing. A lot of very basic features are locked behind the more expensive tiers. So you don't know until later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
