**What do you like best about Wodify?**

Wodify is a comprehensive solution for any CrossFit box, but what stands out most to me is the quality of their support. Whenever I can’t find an answer in their documentation, I simply send an email and consistently receive a response within the hour—even on Sundays and bank holidays. Their replies are always thorough and well-considered, showing they’ve properly investigated the issue and are genuinely committed to helping.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

One minor frustration I have is when managing families—for example, a parent with dependents. After working on a profile, returning to my previous filtered list isn’t seamless, as I’m taken back to the full client list instead. It’s a small usability issue, but being able to return to the filtered view would save time and make the workflow much smoother.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we opened our CrossFit box, we chose Wodify based on strong recommendations from other gym owners. From the start, we found it easy to implement and well-suited to running a busy facility. Over time, they’ve continued to add useful features and keep up with new technologies, such as 24/7 access management, which has helped streamline our operations.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

Wodify is very consistent in its day-to-day service delivery and customer support. That consistency means I can rely on both the system and the support team to help run my business. We’ve been using Wodify for three years now, and throughout that time they’ve continually rolled out updates with features that make it easier to operate and more user-friendly overall.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

The one downside is the lack of an owner dashboard to see business metrics. It would be nice to open Wodify and see a snapshot of certain metrics of the business versus having to sift through different reports.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel Wodify is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency for me as an owner while also making the platform easier for the end user. One specific example is the added "buy" tab in the user app, which makes it quick and simple for clients to purchase retail in just 2–3 clicks. That convenience has increased revenue on the retail side of the business.

Another area Wodify is helping me with is retention. The daily brief email, with metrics around member anniversaries, birthdays, class milestones, and similar moments, has created more awareness of these occasions so our team can highlight them and praise members more consistently.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I like that they are becoming an all in one system for gym owner. Im able to hand workout programming, and almost all administrative duties on here.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

So far I haven't been too impressed with their website. It seems to be more back and forth about minor details. For example, my drop in system to pay online is still not functional. This has been an issue for months now if not years. Having to check on both my mobile device and desktop for certain photos or features to work correctly is a waste of time. I should feel more confident in wodify to get my website done if they are offering this feature. I cant confidently say Wodify is the best resource for websites.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify has changed so much recently and I am very happy about that. I am looking forward to keyless door entry and barcode sign in. New kiosk is great also

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I use Wodify for my Krav Maga self-protection business, and it helps me with scheduling, payroll, and communication with my team. I appreciate that it keeps me in sync in real-time with my students, instructors, coaches, and staff. The scheduling feature is really great for my classes, helping to keep them as full as possible. It also assists in keeping track of my team's hours and how often they teach or are out, which is very helpful. I also find the integration with ClassPass very useful. Setting it up was very simple, which made the initial experience smooth.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

Having to have conversations via email when sometimes a phone call is all I really need. It would be nice to have a live person to talk to whenever there's an issue that comes up.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify helps me with scheduling, keeps my classes full, handles payroll, and allows real-time synchronization with students and team, enhancing communication.

  ### 5. Wodify Has Everything: Easy Workouts, Payroll, Reports, and Unmatched Support

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

Wodify is the best gym management software we have ever used. Has everything, and the customer service and tech support behind all of it is second to none. Its easy to write/modify/program workouts for my classes, its VERY easy to run payroll and divide up roles for coaches, track 'gym health' with various forms and reports, and communicate with members via email and announcements.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

There are A LOT of options on the back end so learning and identifying what works best for you takes some time. There is upside to this too though. If there was one thing I would critique it would be the saving and modifying of the email builder. Still great though....

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a CRM, POS system, and program organizer all in one. Other programs/software make you "add on" (ala carte) extra features in order to achieve what WODIFY gives you at baseline. There are other items you CAN buy/pay for if you wish, but Wodify Core straight up is the best and most all inclusive software I have ever used.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I like the Wodify app, especially the way it's designed. I also appreciate that they're allowed to gamify things, which I like. It's so user friendly, and I find the integration with ClassPass good. The initial setup was pretty easy, honestly, and it was very easy to shift over from Wix to Wodify. The performance tracking side of things is great. It's been cool to have about two to three different coaches that come in and coach part-time. This has allowed me to save a lot of time, diversify, and focus on different things.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I think the white labeled app would be nice. I feel like they could integrate with more door access companies, like the one I'm using, Unify. They could also offer online programs and courses and help build an online community for businesses, similar to what Tribe does, like a white label app where you just put in your exercises and programs and sell that to people on a monthly subscription basis.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wodify for seamless class bookings, scheduling, and member communication. It solves performance tracking and offers flexible scheduling and seamless payment solutions.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I am so in love with all of the features Wodify offers right now, and I'm excited about the possibility of upgrading to access even more features as my business grows. The automations are definitely going to be game changing for me. The onboarding process has been incredible, and I've learned so much with Wodify. The team has been so helpful compared to the previous platform I used. The level of customer service is extremely high, and I'm genuinely impressed. All of the support and help from the team made the setup extremely easy and just such a pleasure. They really went above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

For me, because I have a business that has multiple aspects and I work with a lot of children, the last platform I used allowed me to move through tasks more easily, just through my account, without needing to set up more different profiles. This ease of management is something I miss. I know this capability is available with an upgraded account, but starting out as a solo entrepreneur, it just didn't seem like a good idea for what I need right now. Additionally, I'm waiting for Wodify to be integrated with Gympass or Wellhub, which would make it easier for my clients to access my business.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify solves many problems for me as a small business owner, automating scheduling, merchandise, and emails, allowing me more focus on important business aspects. The onboarding process is incredible, providing valuable knowledge and support, making the transition easier compared to my last platform.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I find Wodify really beneficial for my gym because of the easy administrative use it offers. The sign-up process is straightforward and easy for our new staff to understand, which is crucial for smooth operations. I also find the profile pictures and payment methods to be great features. The invoices feature helps our new members see the breakdown easily, thanks to the step-by-step layout. Additionally, the custom reports are very nice to have, as they provide valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

The simple sign-ins are not working as well, especially during our busy hours, where they freeze and disrupt the flow for people trying to sign in.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Wodify easy for administrative use with great sign-up processes. It simplifies adding profile pictures and payment methods, and the invoices provide a clear breakdown. The easy sign-up and custom reports are particularly valuable.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I like Wodify's features and fast support, as every problem we had was responded to within minutes. The initial setup was user-friendly and intuitive, with excellent customer care and several video calls. I also appreciate how Wodify is almost an all-in-one system for our CrossFit Affiliate.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I'm missing the possibility to build custom reports on my own. It's possible to use only predefined reports, and if anything else is needed, it has to be built by Wodify based on a request. I would like to access our data in real time too, as it's currently updated twice a day and sometimes some values are not updated. I need to use Excel and Google Sheets to cover all the stuff I miss directly in Wodify.

Wodify is almost an all-in-one system for our CrossFit Affiliate, managing customer and schedule efficiently. The features are great, and support is super fast, responding within minutes.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I like that Wodify's marketplace allows me to provide programming to gyms all over the world, and their software makes running the gym quick, effective, and easy. The platform is very user-friendly and entering workouts is a breeze with the tools they provide. Their staff is always quick to respond whenever any issues pop up and they get the issue corrected the same day. Switching to Wodify from Push Press was a good choice for us because it was less intuitive and the response time from staff was frustrating there, while Wodify's staff made the setup very easy and walked us through everything, making the transition very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

As a programming partner I would like the ability to publish on my own instead of waiting for the 8pm timeline.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify makes running my gym quick, effective, and easy. It simplifies entering workouts and provides fast, same-day resolution to issues. The platform's global marketplace helps me reach gyms worldwide.
