What do you like best about wJewel?

WJewel covers everything we need to run our jewelry store in one system — invoicing, repair orders, inventory, scrap gold buying, and full accounting (AP/GL) without needing separate software. Their customer support is second to none. The point-of-sale is fast for day-to-day sales, and the reporting is detailed enough to actually manage the business: day summaries, profit reports, inventory as of any date. It's clearly built by people who understand the jewelry trade — things like karat/metal tracking, style-level costing, and repair workflows work the way a real store operates, not like a generic retail POS with jewelry features bolted on. What do you dislike about wJewel?

What problems is wJewel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their support is knowledgeable and helpful. Sales, repairs, purchases, and accounting all flow into one place, so month-end is much easier than juggling separate systems. It's stable, the data is reliable, and the developers actively improve it — we've seen real updates and quick fixes when we've reported issues.
