This was absolutely the worst company I have worked with to aid my business. After 5 years of using them, I still never had a working version of the website I was trying to create. It was a waste of money, and when I tried to cancel my account, they made me jump through so many hopes instead of making it easy to delete and cancel the account. I choose to sign up for 3 year terms, assuming that I could cancel at any time and be prorated the difference as a refund, they would not issue me a refund even though I had 2 years left on my plan.
