Designing the website is simple. And the wix website design tool enables one to customise, update,and upgrade, the website at any point in the design process using an owner application tool which is available for most devices. This gives the developer full access and control of their website. Additional features such as payment portals, enables business owners to utilise just this one application for a multitude of essential daily functions. **What do you dislike about Wix?** It is a challenge to get into contact with customer support in the event that it is required, making challenges more difficult to resolve. I feel that the company could provide more personalized customer service that is more readily available. Additionally, I find it challenging to access my account on the web due to the 2step verification process being a bit complicated. **What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wix is enabling me to market my business on an exponentially larger scale,as well as to make it possible to liaise more closely with customers, giving me a better idea of the kind service customers require. This has increased customer satisfaction greatly, and I have also gained new customers. Wix also enables one to receive and pay for business related costs using the application,simply by linking your business account to the application.
