"Reliable Website Performance and Smooth Integration with Wix"

What do you like best about Wix?

I like the medium ease of use for Wix. I say medium use because it's best to have a rudimentary knowledge of web design before you use it. It works for us because I have designed websites before. However, if you're going in blind I suggest some tutorials for newbie users. You may have these tutorials and I'm not seeing them, but that was my thought process. It integrates into our main website for the library well. The website always performs well and we don't have to deal with outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix?

I do not like the convoluted nature of some of the tools. It takes many clicks and searching to find what we are looking for. I wish it was clearly labeled. I also do not like how it costs more to send to more than 200 people. We already pay for the hosting service, but then we have to pay to send emails out to more than 200 people. That is frustrating, because any self respecting business has more than 200 people we are sending emails to at any point in time. Then we need to pay more. What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wix is solving our communication and promotional problem a lot. That is benefitting us because we have many people in our community that don't do social media, so they go and visit our website. It has increased foot traffic in our library AT LEAST 10%, if not more. Membership in Friends of Keene Memorial Library has also increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
