What do you like best about Wix?

What I like most about Wix is the balance it strikes between creative freedom and ease of use. The drag-and-drop editor is genuinely intuitive, so you don’t need to know a single line of code to create a professional, polished website. Whether I’m tweaking layouts, adding attractive visual elements, or setting up an online store, the whole process feels smooth and seamless. What do you dislike about Wix?

While the platform is incredible overall, if I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the mobile app experience. The Wix app is great for managing my business on the go things like tracking analytics and responding to inquiries but it doesn’t provide the same creative freedom or deeper editing tools as the desktop version. I’d really like to make more advanced design tweaks directly from my phone; as it stands, for major layout changes and detailed customization, using a computer is still a must. What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Wix, my biggest hurdles were the steep learning curve and the high cost of web development. Wix solves this by bringing professional-grade design, hosting, and business tools together in one accessible place.

For me, the biggest benefits are time savings and independence. Rather than waiting days for a developer to make a simple text update or swap out a product image, I can handle it myself in seconds. It has also streamlined my day-to-day operations by integrating scheduling, contact forms, and email marketing directly into the dashboard. Overall, Wix has turned web design from a stressful, technical chore into an engaging, creative process that helps keep my brand looking polished and professional.
