What do you like best about WiSys?

I appreciate how WiSys helps with traceability, knowing where pallet or raw item locations are, and tracking packaging materials. The customer service WiSys offers is incredible, with the devs and support team helping implement new forms. They showed me how to use WiSys when I was new to my position and helped create grids that I can navigate to perform my day-to-day functions. I'm excited for the new web platform that was announced, as I think it will streamline a lot of time-consuming, tedious tasks, which will definitely lead to us continuing our work with WiSys. What do you dislike about WiSys?
