What do you like best about Wistia?

I like several things about Wistia. First, you can't beat the price. My company was using a similar platform with less features and Wistia is nearly 1/3 of the price of its competitor, but is much more robust. Secondly, they're always adding more features and tools. The built in video editor is great for quick jobs, like simple social media videos. It's accessible and easy to learn. I also love the built-in AI-smart embeds for featuring videos onto our website. This is a fantastic feature that shows how they are on top of AI searchability. The onboarding process was smooth, and whenever my team has questions, support gets back to us very quickly. What do you dislike about Wistia?

Sometimes, the video editing feature can be a bit clunky. It is not for large jobs. It can be finicky once there have been multiple edits. It tends to get slow and there have been a few times where one edit causes a delay to all of the other edits, so I basically have to restart. I have learned its limits and still really enjoy the editing feature, but it really is best just for short social media clips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wistia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wistia has become a home for all of our corporate videos and it's a great solution. We are a company that uses Microsoft, and we're able to host anything from marketing videos to training videos and state of the company update videos on Sharepoint. It also allows me to post on social media easily instead of having to upload our videos to our social media posting tool and individually tracking analytics. I love how we can post the video to multiple 3rd party platforms and the analytics all reflect back to Wistia so we have a strong idea of video performance across the board.
