What do you like best about Wistia?

While our team doesn't handle bulk editing in Wistia, I like that I can make minor edits to it within the platform. It saves me time from having to export the video every time I want to make adjustments.

We use Wistia to host videos on our website, so it is really convenient that changes go live instantaneously so that I can check in real time how it looks on the website and make any necessary adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wistia?

I mostly use it from a Digital perspective, I wasn't involved in contracting or onboarding the platform, so I don't know if there were any learning curves with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wistia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have to host videos on our website which keeps our website backend light and responsive. I can also quickly make adjustments to Wistia videos and see the changes live on the site, without having to export the video.

I also like that I can replace a video and keep the source URL, making it super convenient by not having to go back into the website backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
