What do you like best about Wispform?

I love the ease of the logic flows, so that I can tailor the questionnaire/survey I send to my customers based on their responses. If they like our product, I found out why and go for testimonials. If they didn't, we try to learn why, so we can improve our product or remedy any issues the customer had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispform?

There are some UI improvements I could see helping me review prior surveys more easily. All in all, it has had all the features I need so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wispform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Wispform to survey our customers once they are finished using our service. This helps us understand their needs and what they liked and didn't like, etc. The primary benefit has been using these surveys to find the customers that really enjoyed their experience and drive them to writing us short testimonials or reviews during the survey process.
