Recommendations to others considering Wishup:

Get specific about what you actually need before you start. The clearer you are on the role, the sharper their matches turn out to be. If the role involves a lot of phone communication, stay involved in the interview process yourself. Wishup does a great job sourcing strong candidates, but fluency and communication style can be subjective, what feels "fluent" to one person may not land the same way for someone else on your team. What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed administrative support across our construction division, and Wishup connected us with people who genuinely fit what we were looking for.
