What do you like best about Wishpond?

Nothing. It made me even more stressed out working with them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wishpond?

Lack of communication from the team and lack of results. I have had a conversation with the team multiple times and the next two weeks they seem a little more enthusiastic - but then it goes back the same way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wishpond solving and how is that benefiting you?

They supposedly should help us handle all online ads and drip emails. Unfortunately, their work is of low quality which resulted in delays (I can't approve ads I don't like?) and then they will blame you for your delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
