What do you like best about Wisetail?

We love Wisetail. We have been using the system for over two years and find it to be easy to administer training videos to our entire staff, upload videos, daily use of badges and merits. The customer service/support has always been exceptional. Implementing and integrated the system was a breeze and we have had no problems since! We use Wisetail everyday! What do you dislike about Wisetail?
