What I really like about it is how easy it makes the hiring process. We don’t have to spend time figuring out the local hiring landscape or chasing multiple people for updates. The team understands what we’re looking for, brings relevant candidates, and keeps things moving. The communication has also been really good. They’re responsive, easy to work with, and feel more like an extension of our team than an external hiring partner.
