What do you dislike about Wisemonk?

So far, our experience with Wisemonk has been very positive. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be adding more self-service reporting and analytics features, although the support team has always been quick to provide any information we need. Wisemonk solves the challenge of hiring and managing employees in India without the complexity of setting up and operating a local entity. Through its Employer of Record (EOR) services, payroll management, compliance support, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations, it takes care of the administrative and regulatory responsibilities that would otherwise require significant time and resources.

The biggest benefit for us has been the smooth platform experience and the way it simplifies complex tasks. Processes such as onboarding, payroll, compliance management, and employee support are easy to manage, giving us confidence that everything is being handled correctly.
