You also put it on my card, and they asked me to confirm. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** So far, I’ve been using it and I like everything about it. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I got my money quicker, and I didn’t have to wait for it. ### 2. It was easy to sign up. I get my direct deposit from work two days before it is due. I can get money back from stores that I shop at. It won't add fees for lack of funds. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** There are fees for withdrawals. Sometimes it is not able to be used at certain places. It is not a tap card for payment. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is beneficial to our employees who do not want to have bank account. ### 3. Users can also opt in to get paid two days earlier! **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** Doesn't have a card tap feature or chip so you still need to swipe it at certain merchants. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps are employee's feel appreciated for their hard work and relieves the stress of waiting until next pay day for missing pay. ### 4. I had even recommended people to use it and now I feel bad for doing that. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** I started with Wisely/ADP in 2019, and had no problems until summer 2023 and between June until September, I had four instances of fraud. It is embarassing. The first time (over $200) I was able to get my money back, but I have been waiting on two seperate fraud concerns from early August, both of which they dismissed and told me to mail my concerns to their San Dimas office. I have not heard anything back. They always say they operate on a 90 day time frame, but it is over 90 days and they don't seem to care about their customers. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It isn't benefitting me at all ### 5. It also makes it easier for me to manage my money easily with the report showing how I spend. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** Initially, it was a bit of a challenge to set up the account because there was a delay in obtaining the card on my first request, and it took a minute for Wisely to allow me the opportunity to reset and reapply for the card. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** financial wellness, money mnagement ### 7. I have used it in two different geographic regions, and highly satisfied with its payroll integration/view that calculates tax, resourcing attendance, availing PTO and viewing org benefits. ADP workforce gives a competitive advantage through employee Leave and Attendance Management Features, HR services (talent management and LMS), and org administration. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** However, there are hardly any items I dislike about the product, but I would appreciate it if it would integrate with more 3rd party software programs to see it evolving. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me review company policy documentation, company news and information, payroll and tax information, manage my leave and leave balance, and benefits information. ### 8. Great option for those without bank accounts **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Branka D. | Human Resources Administration Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022 **What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP?** What I like the best is that it is easy to use and set up and the card comes fairly quickly to an employee's home address, and they have a way to use a debit card just like everyone else, and can access their money immediately. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** The least helpful portion would be that the employer does not have a tracking number of when that wisely card will arrive to an employees home address and also the fact that the employee must activate the card in order for them to receive a direct deposit from payroll and sometimes employees forget to do that. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy banking solution and getting rid of mailing checks. ### 9. If you don't fight for me I'm done! **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** My Wisley ADP debit card was hacked right before Christmas and luckily for 2 transactions totaling $70. I was hacked by a door dash account in California I live in TN. They have still not helped me get my money back and want more proof. What more proof do you need? No one door dashes from California to Tennessee in a matter of 1 hour.. duhh....i have had this card for 5 years with direct deposit.
