What do you like best about Wise Wolves?

Wise Wolves customized our Salesforce solution to our actual needs, adding bells and whistles that really make our team happy. They’re Salesforce consultants, but they truly get the business processes so they can actually deliver a complete solution. Not every consultant does that. What problems is Wise Wolves solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers use our products for 20+ years so inevitably support tickets come in. All tickets were going to an inbox monitored by the Support team, but other teams lacked visibility, which really lengthened our internal communications process.. Wise Wolves built us an email-to-case intake process that pulled all support requests into a single dashboard that we could all see.
