What do you like best about Wise Wolves?

Michael (the CEO) was involved in our project from the very beginning. It was really incredible to have him be so hands-on alongside his team. It’s that kind of personal touch that made me feel supported and made me feel like they really believed in our goals and our business. They were all in and it was so clear how much they care about their clients. It made the project so much less stressful and so satisfying when it came together. What problems is Wise Wolves solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Wise Wolves, we were managing things in different tools (Google Calendar, our EHR system, Square, JotForm, and one massive spreadsheet), which was inefficient. Our team wasn’t able to track emails, new patient requests, appointment reminders, or billing without switching tools. It was causing a lot of extra work just to do their regular work. Combining all these workstreams into Salesforce was something I didn’t think was possible until we worked with Wise Wolves.

When Velour launched, we needed one Experience Coordinator for every two providers to handle scheduling, customer comms, etc. Now with Sales Cloud, one Coordinator can support eight providers; once Wise Wolves helps us implement Experience Cloud, we expect that to jump to one Coordinator for every 12 providers. We’re hoping to scale to new states and bring on more providers, and it’s really important to us that patients feel like they’re talking to a real person and not a robot as the practice grows. With so many parts of the job now integrated, Coordinators can focus on the personal touches that make our practice different while Saelsforce automates the rest.
