I love the ability to set exactly what I'm looking for in candidates and how easy wirkn is to use. I was able to respond on my time when it was convenient for me. It's so much better than the other networking sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't like the part where when you declined an applicant they'd be notified but otherwise it's great. I'd love to be able to get real-time face-to-face responses but otherwise it's perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
