What do you like best about Wipro Cognitive Customer Service (CCS)?

CCS is the most efficient tool for tracking, placing, cancellations, delivery schedules, and more.

It is to easy to use.

What do you dislike about Wipro Cognitive Customer Service (CCS)?

Well, i have not had an issue using CCS, if i am not able to do something i understand that is because i am in a level where i can be able to do some things but not all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wipro Cognitive Customer Service (CCS) solving and how is that benefiting you?

CCS allows me to book orders, place new orders, provide promotions inquiries, assist with price adjustments, delivery reschedules, sent swatches as well, replacements, and schedule returns.

CCS allows me to refund for damaged items that the client requests instead of receiving a refund, it allows me to track orders as well, I love that it lets me know from what location the item is shipped so I can be able to reach out the location in case there is an issue with the delivery.

All my teammates love that if there is a backordered item we are able to know through CCS and that way we can process a form to request an early date as soon as possible.

Other thing that we love is that we are able to review the item through an item that it shows on CCS without going to another website.

CCS is the perfect tool for those who offer logistics customer service, such as Crate & Barrel or CB2.

I do suggest to use it, because it is really simple to use, and fast as well.

It is a system that does not get slow. Please use it if you can. Do not think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
