What I like most is that it makes cleaning and matching messy data much easier without taking away control over how the matching is done. We regularly deal with duplicates and records that are slightly different across different data sources, and WinPure does an excellent job of finding matches that would be difficult to identify manually. I particularly like being able to configure the matching rules and understand why records have been matched. Having the profiling, cleaning, matching and deduplication tools all in one place is also a big time saver. It took a little time to understand all the options available, but once we got used to it, it became a very useful part of our data quality process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, particularly around some of the more advanced matching options and configuration settings. There are quite a few features available, so it can take some time to understand which settings work best for your data. That said, once we had spent some time with it and understood the different options, it became much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
