What do you like best about Winning by Design?

Call / meeting structure (ACE, SPICED) I like that we have someone on staff here who will 'own' our continued implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Winning by Design?

It's very much drinking from a firehose, so I'm thankful we have someone to own it on our team. I feel like I cut corners here and there to "check the box" and didn't really learn some principals very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

My meetings / trainings felt chaotic and still do if I get off track and don't implement ACE and SPICED! I'm able to gather the right information from the customer for the whole business and the meeting feels much more productive when I use my WbD skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
