What do you like best about winhost?

There are many things to like. The cost, it is very affordable. The fact that you can connect to your websites using IIS Manager is great, and they keep the servers up to date with the current versions of SQL Server and ASP.NET.

Whenever I opened a support ticket, I would get a real reply (not an automated one) in 30 minutes or less and they are very responsive.

Finally, the technical documentation/FAQ section they have is very complete.

I've used them for about five years and very happy with them. I've always used the Max plan which is super affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about winhost?

Publishing using WebDeploy from Visual Studio can be something between a hassle, nightmare or total web server breakdown. Stay away from webdeploy with this hosting provider, seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering winhost:

Take your time to explore all the configuration options that are available. There is plenty of them. Also, please, for your own good, do not use webdeploy, seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
