We started using Wing because a lot of small tasks were just piling up — inbox clean-up, scheduling meetings, following up with people, updating spreadsheets, etc.
What’s been useful is having one person consistently handling those things. For example:
>> They go through my inbox, flag what matters, and draft replies
>> Book meetings and reschedule
>> Do basic research
We still decide what needs to be done, but we’re not the ones doing all the follow-ups anymore. It saves a lot of context switching during the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
