Windows 11 has made day to day management a lot smoother compared to Windows 10. The new Settings app is cleaner and it's easier to find what I need without digging through old Control Panel menus. Since I manage systems for around 200 employees across different office locations, I really appreciate the improved security defaults, things like PTM 2.0 requirements, Secure Boot, and Windows Hello are already built in and don't need much extra setup on my end. Group Policy and Intune integration also feels more stable, and pushing updates or policies across VLANs has been less painful. Performance wise, it feels snappier on newer hardware and multitasking with Snap Layouts has actually helped our staff work faster, especially during multi window tasks. There isn't anything major, but a few small things could be better. The hardware requirements, especially TPM 2.0, meant we couldn't upgrade some of our older machines right away, so we had to plan replacements earlier than expected. Also some of the older third party tools and firewall agents we use needed driver updates to work properly after the upgrade.
