Windy, the AI assistant in Slack, made mid-year reviews much easier. She asked good follow-up questions that helped me think through my feedback and shape it into clear, well-organized responses. It felt conversational rather than like filling out a form, and doing it right in Slack made the process easy to start and easy to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 1:1 features feel limited. I can’t manually create meetings, label them, or edit the date when a meeting gets rescheduled (if we move from Monday to Tuesday, it still shows Monday). Macros can’t be shared with others. Also, much of my work happens outside Slack and other systems Windmill integrates with, so the items Windmill pulls in and suggests for 1:1s don’t always reflect what actually matters.
