What do you like best about Willow?

Integrating into Hubspot and our Google Workspace took seconds, literally and it updates the CRM after every call. The feedback I have received from the sales team is that it saves quite a lot of time editing call transcripts and sending emails after each call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willow?

We have been using Willow for only a few months and so far we have been very impressed. It is still light on capability, yet I know from seeing through product roadmap the company are planning some interesting enhancements we are excited to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?

As Head of Revenue Operations I was seeking a way to help the sales team be more efficient whilst ensuring CRM hygiene remained high. One of the problems we had was the time it took to update everything after a sales call and it sometimes led to sales people not updating things.
